Who are Kathy and Ralph?
From Karisa: “I’m so happy I was able to help Ralph and Kathy through the process of selling Kathy’s sister’s home. I first met Ralph and Kathy through a referral from her sister’s attorney. When I met with them, they told me their story and what they were trying to accomplish. I listened and wanted to provide as much help as I could knowing they were not from the Madison area. I wanted to be a resource they could trust though their selling process so we built a marketing plan that fit heir needs and I was more than happy to give recommendations for anything they needed in Madison. In getting to know Ralph and Kathy, we found out we had several connections through our pats which made some of our conversations a lot of fun. I’ll definitely be keeping in touch with them and I can’t wait to see them again.”
Why did you decide to buy? How did you know it was the right time?
"It was the right time to sell my sister's home because she was relocating to Green Bay. She was relying on us to sell her house."
What were you most nervous or concerned about in the process?
“Not being from Madison we were unfamiliar with the housing market. We asked for a referral from my sister's lawyer and several other of my sister's acquaintances."
What you were looking for in a real estate agent?
“My husband and I were looking for an agent who would be willing to work with us long distance and be the perfect fit for us."
Why did you ultimately choose Karisa to be your real estate agent?
“We chose Karisa to be our agent because she was kind, helpful, genuine, and willing to go that extra mile. She listened to us, had an excellent marketing plan, and always got back to us quickly.”
What stood out to you during the process?
“Karisa understood our situation and was willing to run over and check on something or give someone a call for us. She was our go to. She was extremely dependable, and we felt like we could ask or talk to her about any of our concerns. Karisa was enthusiastic and we felt a personal connection with her."

“If you are thinking about purchasing/selling a home Karisa did an outstanding job for us. We recommend her highly!"
