As much as we love Zillow, Trulia, and other online resources they have their pros and cons. 3 things we see often is Market Report emails, Home Price "guesstimates", and the Status of homes where the info they are proving is off. There is a lot of great info on those sites but we would suggest you contact a local agent to confirm that info.
