We have 13 serious, QUALIFIED, buyers, just to name a few, that are looking in this area to no avail.

Dan & Beth are a sweet couple with 3 adorable children. They are looking to be close to the west side of Madison with a home that will fit their growing family. Ideally would love 4 bedrooms but would be happy with 3 as long as there is an office space/area for Dan to work from home. They are looking around the $275k price point with some flexibility depending on the home and how it meets their needs.

Josie and Andrew are two opposites looking for their forever home in the $375k price point. They currently live on the west side and are looking to be closer to Verona so Andrew is near work. They have 2 adorable spunky girls. Josie would love to be in the country while Andrew appreciates low maintenance with his busy work schedule. Ideally a newer home without wood siding is a plus, any nature close by is an added bonus as Josie appreciates country living.

Sao Dung is looking to relocate his family here from Texas due to a job change. They are searching below $350k. He has two teenagers and would ideally like to be in Middleton but is open to west Madison as a whole. They are coming from a large newer home and care mostly about a good neighborhood that reminds them of back home.

Chelsea is a first time home buyer from the Madison area, looking for west side condo under $150k with at least 2 bedrooms and allows pets.

Gina is a Single mom looking for a condo or single family home that is newer under $265k on the west side ideally feeding into West high school. She needs a minimum of 2 beds with an option to add a third.

Mark is in his residency for neuro surgery looking for a single family home or condo under $265k close to UW hospital and public transportation lines.

Matt is looking for something in Nakoma or Monroe under $400k. The home must be fencible for pets and have a garage. He is also over 7 ft tall so something with higher ceilings is a plus!

Eric and Heidi are looking to purchase their first home.  They have three young boys enrolled in the Verona school district, so a house in the district is a must.  They need at least 3 bedrooms, ideally 4; or at least 3 bedrooms with an office or finished basement.  They would love a 2 car garage with a fenced in backyard, their max budget is $250k.

Matthew and Molly are a young couple with 2 kids, looking for their first home in Sun Prairie under $275k They are from west side Madison and moving to the east side for Matt's job.

Steve and Jena are moving to the area from Rochester, MN to be closer to her parents. They have 2 young kids and are looking for a home in Waunakee in a kid friendly neighborhood. They are looking for a home with a 3+ car garage, 4+ bedrooms, around $500k.

John and Sarah are long time Madison area residents looking to buy a single family home in the Madison and surrounding areas. They are willing to go as far as Spring Green to the West and Sun Prairie to the East for the right property.   They are looking for a minimum of 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath.  The would prefer a 2 car attached garage and some sort of yard where they can enjoy time gardening.  Looking to close soon! Their max budget is $250k. 

Kristina is looking to purchase her first home!  She is looking in Madison, closer to the east side. She works in Janesville, so location is somewhat flexible. She is searching for a condo with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms and at least 1.5 bathrooms, preferably with underground parking available with a budget of $175k.  

Tim and Alissa are long time New Glarus residents and business owners.  They are looking primarily in New Glarus, but would be open to Monticello.  Tim and Alissa would need either a ranch style home that has a main level bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with minimal stairs.  Tim is a city man and would prefer to be right in town.  Alissa is a country gal and would prefer to have some land where she can plant gardens and have a view.  Something in-between  the two would be perfect! Their max budget is $215k.
